Adding one or more channels

From the Channel tab, you can define one or more distribution channels for your Copilot campaign.

By default, the email channel is selected.

👉 You can change it by selecting the relevant channel.

👉 You can create as many channels as you need by clicking on Add.

👉 You can delete any channel by clicking on the 🗑️ icon.

Setting volume limits per channel for the campaign (optional)

You can define a maximum volume of messages on each channel, applicable on a daily basis for each arbitration.

👉 Activate the Maximum volume per day button and set the maximum number of messages you want to send each day for this campaign on this channel.

What happens when the maximum volume is exceeded?

  • In this example, our algorithms will select the 5,000 individuals most likely to be interested in this offer (with the highest values).

  • Individuals excluded due to the application of these volume constraints may be selected for another campaign.
