Choosing the campaign type: Purchase or Engagement

When creating a Copilot or One-Shot campaign, you must enter a campaign type and you can choose between Purchase or Engagement.

This choice depends on the objective of your campaign, and has an impact on campaign arbitration.

Purchase campaigns are tailored to your commercial operations based on offers.

Would you like to increase your revenues on certain products or on your entire product catalog?
Purchase campaigns enable you to target the customers most interested in your offer. These campaigns will be arbitrated on the basis of your customers' appetency to purchase.

Engagement campaigns are adapted to campaigns that are not based on offers.

Relational campaigns, customer reactivation, post-purchase, welcome, etc.
Engagement campaigns enable you to boost channel responsiveness KPIs. These campaigns will be arbitrated on the basis of your customers' channel appetency.
