Create a prerequisite link between Copilot campaigns
Would you like to create a sequencing mechanism between several campaigns and define the order in which your customers should receive them?
💡 Thanks to prerequisite links, you can define that a campaign can only be sent to customers who have already received another campaign.

👉 From the Constraints tab, on the right-hand side of the screen, you define the campaign you want to link with a prerequisite.
You can use the search bar to find your campaigns.
Note that you can click on the 🔗 icon to remove the link.
Set the delay for the prerequisite link
You can define the minimum time gap between the 2 campaigns.
👉 Enable the Time gap button, and set the delay between campaigns.
⚠️ This is a minimum delay, after which our algorithms will determine the right moment to send the second campaign to the customer.

👉 Create a prerequisite link on each campaign.
In campaign #2, you select campaign #1 as a prerequisite.
In campaign #3, create a prerequisite link with campaign #2.
