Defining Marketing Pressure rules

Managing Marketing Pressure enables you to find the right balance between the volume of communication, the channels and the messages sent to your customers.

👉 You can set your Marketing Pressure rules from the Settings > Fatigue Management menu.

You can define rules at different levels of granularity.

Defining global pressure rules

You define the maximum number of messages you wish to send to each customer per day and week.

Global Marketing Pressure applies to all One-Shot and Copilot campaigns.

Weekly and daily rules can be cumulated, so you can fine-tune your marketing pressure.

Defining pressure rules for each channel

In addition to global rules, you can define channel-specific rules.

These will apply weekly to all campaigns set up on the channel concerned.

Defining pressure rules for each campaign type

With Copilot, you can take marketing pressure management a step further and define specific Marketing Pressure rules for one type of campaign: Purchase and Engagement.

These rules will apply to all campaigns of this type.

For each type of campaign, you can set limits at different levels of granularity:

  • global weekly and daily rules,

  • channel-specific rules.
