Set the priority level

When creating a Copilot campaign, you need to set the campaign's priority level in the Priority tab. This priority level is relative to the other campaigns with which it could compete during arbitration.

Depending on the type of campaign you select, a recommended priority level is defined by default.

👉 You can modify it to suit your needs and choose from 3 levels: High Priority, Medium Priority or Low Priority.

What is the impact on campaign arbitration?

High Priority campaigns are the first to be arbitrated: all customers will be selected if they meet the set constraints (eligibility, volume constraints, marketing pressure).

Next, the arbitration engine performs the same dispatch on campaigns set to Medium Priority, and then on those set to Low Priority.

👌 For campaigns that are a top priority in your marketing action plan, we advise you to use the High Priority level.
