Identifying the campaigns to arbitrate

From the My campaigns menu , the Running Campaigns and Upcoming Campaigns tabs allow you to identify the campaigns that will be arbitrated.

💡 Depending on your needs, these two views allow you to filter the list of campaigns on a specific channel, campaign type, status, and/or tag.

Identifying competing campaigns in today's arbitration

In Running Campaigns , you find the list of One-Shot and Copilot campaigns that will be arbitrated today and sent to the client the following day.

The interface allows you to get key information (name, dates, channels, etc.) and to act on your campaigns (edition, deletion, more details below).

Exploring the list of upcoming campaigns

The Upcoming Campaigns tab provides you with a list of all campaigns that will enter arbitration the next days.

As in the Running Campaigns tab, the interface allows you to get key information (name, dates, channels, status, etc.).

Acting on your upcoming campaigns

From the Upcoming Campaigns tab, you can manage your upcoming campaigns.

Depending on their status, different actions are possible:

  • edit or delete One-Shot or Copilot campaigns, whatever their status,

  • duplicate One-Shot campaigns,

  • act on Copilot campaigns:

    • edit campaigns saved as drafts to finalize settings and activate them,

    • pause active campaigns, which then become inactive and cannot be arbitrated,

    • activate inactive campaigns, which will then be included in future arbitration.

  • If, after 5 p.m., you modify a campaign scheduled for the following day:

    • for Copilot campaigns, the changes will be taken into account for the following day's arbitration,

    • for One-Shot campaigns, the changes will not be taken into account.

  • If you delete a campaign scheduled for the following day :

    • after 5 p.m., the campaign will be arbitrated, but will not be scheduled in your Marketing Automation tool, so will not be sent,

    • after 6 p.m., the campaign will be arbitrated and scheduled for sending. We therefore invite you to delete the scheduled campaign directly in your Marketing Automation tool.

  • If, after 6 p.m., you schedule a new campaign for the following day :

    • for Copilot campaigns, it will not be arbitrated on D-day, but on the following day, for sending the following day,

    • for One-Shot campaigns, the campaign will neither be arbitrated nor sent.
