🎯 Arbitration of campaigns configured in CRM Copilot begins at 5 p.m. (Central European Summer Time - CEST / Central European Time -CET).

➡️ At 6 p.m. (Central European Summer Time - CEST / Central European Time -CET), the arbitration results are transmitted to your Marketing Automation tool and the campaigns are created automatically.

You can update your campaigns the day before for the next day taking into account certain constraints.

👉 Before 6 p.m., you can modify the design of your campaign from the Copilot CRM platform.

👉 After 6 p.m., you must go to the Marketing Automation platform to modify the design.

👉 Before 5 p.m., you can make all the desired changes from CRM Copilot.

👉 After 5 p.m., if you modify any of the campaign parameters (except design or sending time), the changes will not be taken into account for sending the next day.
