Find answers to any problems you may have with user management
I can't invite a new user
Only Team Administrator & Administrator profiles can create new accounts.
If you can't see the
User Management
section in theSettings
menu, you do not have the right to invite a user.If you have this section and still encounter problems, please contact your CSM.
The user I invited can't log in
Please check that the user has validated their email and set a new password to log into the platform.
👉 The Email verified
column must display True
.
👉 If it displays False
, you can send another verification email to the user by clicking on the envelope icon in the Action
column.

I invited a user, but they haven't responded. How do I know if I need to send them another email?
See if invited users have confirmed their account by looking the Email Verified
column.
When the user is correctly confirmed, you will see a
True
.If you see
False
, this means that they have not yet responded. You can send another verification email if needed by clicking on the envelope icon. You will see a toaster that the email has been sent.
I invited someone by mistake. Can I cancel an invitation?
Yes, simply delete the user to cancel the invitation.

I can't update on my own my level of permissions on the platform
You must have the Team Administrator or Administrator role to update a user profile.

I made a change to a user (delete, update role, etc.) but it still hasn't taken effect.
All changes require the user to log out of the platform and then log back in.
How do I delete a Team Administrator?
You must be a Team Administrator to delete another Team Administrator.
