Promoting the new Fall/Winter collection to your customers
You want to communicate about the launch of the new Fall/Winter collection (all offers included) to your customers database in the first half of January.
👉 For this use case, you need to create a Copilot campaign.
In the case of a Copilot campaign, you let the platform choose the best time to send the campaign to your customers according to their appetency within the period you determine (here, the first 2 weeks of January).

Selecting campaign type and use case
In the Description tab, you define the type of campaign and the use case corresponding to your needs.
👉 In Campaign Types, select Purchase.
👉 In Use Cases, select Commercial highlight.
Defining campaign start and end dates
👉 Set the campaign start and end dates in the Dates tab.

Want to send this campaign several times to the same customer?
You can enable campaign repeatability and set the repeatability interval as well as a maximum number of occurrences.
