Analyzing the results of past arbitrations using the funnel
From the My campaigns
menu you can analyze the results of past arbitrations.
The 📊
icon allows you to access a dashboard and understand how the various parameters defined when creating your campaigns have been applied during the arbitration.
The funnel in the Graph View
gives you information on the volume of individuals selected during the different stages of arbitration.
💡 Note that if you need to refine your analysis and understand volumetrics at the campaign level, you can view the funnel on a specific campaign.
If you want to learn more about analyzing your past campaigns in My Campaigns, this guide should help.
Understanding the arbitration steps displayed in the funnel
Every day and for each campaign, arbitration applies all the parameters you have defined step by step.
👉 Reachable
Splio identifies and selects all actionable customers (e.g. for email: optin email and with a valid address).
👉 Pertinent
The engine calculates the offer appetency scores on the channel or the channel appetency scores depending on the type of campaign and retains only the most relevant customers.
👉 Eligible
Arbitration applies the constraints set on campaigns (pre-requisite and exclusivity links, repeatability) and retains only those individuals who meet them.
👉 Audience Filter
Arbitration retains only eligible customers, i.e. individuals who meet the conditions of:
the audience filter you have defined,
and any specificities you defined in the first step of creating a Copilot campaign.
For example, for your welcome campaign, you have defined in the specificities that only new customers registered less than 1 day ago should be eligible.-
👉 Reached
Arbitration applies:
the marketing pressure rules defined in your
Settings
(learn more about marketing pressure rules ).any volume constraints set on a channel.
After applying these last constraints, you get the final volume of selected individuals.
