Creating a product renewal campaign
You want to encourage your customers who bought a glitter eyeliner 6 to 8 months ago to renew their purchase.

Selecting campaign type and use case
In the Description tab, you define the type of campaign and the use case corresponding to your needs.
👉 In Campaign Types, select Purchase.
👉 In Use Cases, select Cross-sell or Up-sell.
Specifying the eligible population
The Specificities section lets you define which customers are eligible for this campaign.
👉 Define the offer which purchase can trigger the renewal campaign.

👉 Then, specify the conditions for triggering the campaign according to the date of the last purchase of the selected offer.
Making the campaign repeatable (optional)
Would you like to send this campaign several times to the same customer?
From the Dates tab, you can activate campaign repeatability and set the repeatability interval as well as the maximum number of occurrences.

Defining the offer you want to promote in your campaign
👉 From the Offer Selection tab, select the heavy glitter eyeliner offer you want to boost for renewal.

Setting additional eligibility (optional)
Depending on your needs, you can refine your campaign targeting and define additional eligibility from the Eligibility tab.
👉 Select an audience filter that will apply in addition to the specificities you have defined in the first step (with a logical AND).
Exclude recent buyers (optional)
Want to make sure no one who recently purchased an eyeliner, regardless of the brand, is targeted?
From the Eligibility tab, you can exclude recent buyers from your campaign.
